Music Recording
Take your music to the level you deserve with our professional recording services. Using computer based (DAW digital audio workstation) recording, we offer unlimited tracks for our in-house recordings. In addition, we have 24 track, on-site, and live remote recording services also available.
Mastering
Using computer based digital mastering, we can adjust levels, balance EQ, and make your recordings the loudest possible using the highest quality software and plugins.
Music Editing
Need your music shortened, or converted to another format? We have years of experience cutting music for dance studios. We can speed up, slow down, or cut your music, making transitions seamless. Whoever you are, whatever you need, we can help. All kinds of music editing is done routinely across the country by Mind’s Eye Music Studios, effortlessly, and without artifacts.
CD Production
Beyond mastering, produce your CD with a variety of features, including Live CD’s without stops. Add those popular “hidden tracks”, cool cross-fades, and so much more to your CD. Make your music special and stand out!
Video & DVD Production
We offer video recording and editing services. Need a commercial done? How about your special wedding day? Want to transfer those old home movies to DVD? We can record your event using our new High Definition (HDV) cameras and make a product you could only dream about. Or, we can take your footage and edited it, as you wish, and create a new perfect DVD just for you.
Marketing & Media Services
MARKETING SERVICES: Besides offering a state-of-the-art recording and video facility, Mind’s Eye can provide marketing support to for clients releasing music projects. Services include:
PROMOTION: Creation and distribution of news releases to regional media (TV, radio, web, newspapers, magazines).
DISTRIBUTION: Assistance in setting up online and local CD distribution as well as download services such as iTunes and several others.
AIRPLAY: Direction and contact info to get radio and web airplay.
LICENSING: Access to services that avail your music to use in TV and film.
PHOTOGRAPHY/DESIGN: Our creative colleagues include leading photographers and graphics artists skilled in CD/vinyl record design, web design, and other essential media elements necessary to promote your music.

MUSICIANS, PRODUCERS, ARRANGERS, & STUDIO PARTNERS
Mind’s Eye Music Studios has access to the area’s top studio musicians, arrangers and producers to fill in or add that special dimension to your project–everything from exotic instrumentation to string charts to sizzling lead guitars or horns or “gypsy violin” can be brought in. Local session hands include Colin Beatty, Alex Callenberger, Lena Yeagle, and Grammy-winning drummer Steve Mitchell.
We have MIDI experts, sound designs for visual media, a “Hollywood level” Foley Library, and license-free samples–including an exclusive library from Power f/x http://www.powerfx.com/, a company based in Stockholm, Sweden.
What makes Mind’s Eye unique is its Studio Partner program (launched Fall 2009). Through the Internet, without ever having to book a plane ticket, clients can hire “online session players” without leaving Williamsport! World-renowned musicians can add backing instrumentation to your project at affordable rates (and minus the price of air fare). Current Studio Partners include:
Keyboardist Mike Garson http://mikegarson.com/: Based in Los Angeles, Mike is well-acquainted with the staff of Mind’s Eye and can add amazing piano parts to your project. Mike’s resume includes Stanley Clarke, Freddie Hubbard, Elvin Jones, Lee Konitz, Nine Inch Nails, No Doubt, Smashing Pumpkins, film soundtracks, and projects ranging from classical to jazz to “fringe music.” However, Mike is best known for his long association with David Bowie, who said, “It is pointless to talk about his ability as a pianist. He is exceptional…there are very, very few musicians…who naturally understand the movement and free thinking necessary to hurl themselves into experimental or traditional areas of music, sometimes, ironically, at the same time. Mike does this with such enthusiasm that it makes my heart glad just to be in the same room with him.”
Singer-Songwriter-Arranger Chris Andrews: Based in Portsmouth, England, Chris has written songs for pop/rock notables like Roger Daltrey, David Essex and Davy Jones. Chris began his career in theatre (taking Davy Jones’ place in the Broadway production of OLIVER!) and went on to sing in Les Fluer de Lys http://ukpsych.tripod.com/lesfluerdelys.htm, the 60s mod-psychedelic group that shared studio orbits with Glyn Johns (Beatles, Clash, Bob Dylan, Eagles, Rolling Stones), Jimmy Page, and Pete Townshend. Chris can provide Mind’s Eye clients with original songs and music beds, as well as vocals.

Have a finished product, that needs to be reproduced? Mind’s Eye offers CD and DVD duplication for short runs. We have on-disc printing, as well as numerous options (Full Color and B&W) for you inserts and jewel cases, all at reasonable rates. Need graphics design? We offer that too!!
